This website is operated by Tiny Lines (“we”, “us”, “our”). Tiny Lines is a business registered in Poland, owned by Maciej Niemirka, with a registered business address at Giserska 11, Suite 122 , Warsaw, Poland.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein (such as our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy).

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & PERSONALIZATION NATURE

All products sold by Tiny Lines are custom-made and personalized based on the information and photos provided by you.

Due to the personalized and artistic nature of our products:

  • Slight variations in artwork style and composition may occur compared to examples shown on the website.
  • Colors may differ slightly depending on your screen settings and the printing process.
  • The final result heavily depends on the quality and resolution of the photo you upload.

SECTION 3 – USER CONTENT & COPYRIGHTS (IMPORTANT)

By uploading a photo or image ("User Content") for your order, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You own all rights to the User Content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.
  2. The User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party (e.g., no trademarked logos, no professional photos without photographer consent).
  3. The content is not offensive, unlawful, or hateful.

License to Use: You grant Tiny Lines a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and creating the final product.

We reserve the right to refuse to process any order containing content that we verify as infringing or inappropriate. In such cases, your order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion, provided that production has not yet started.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Because our products are personalized and enter our design workflow shortly after purchase:

  • You may request a cancellation shortly after placing the order.
  • Once the design process or production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

SECTION 5 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Taxes (Sales Tax) may be calculated and added at checkout depending on your shipping destination, in accordance with applicable laws.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & CUSTOMS

Our products are printed and shipped primarily from facilities within the USA (via our partners like Gelato) to ensure fast delivery. However, depending on stock availability or destination, some items may be routed through international facilities.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), weather, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website created by Tiny Lines (including text, poster designs, graphics, logos, and website layout) is the property of Tiny Lines and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or resell our designs without written permission.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We use third-party services (such as Shopify for hosting and Gelato for production) to facilitate our business. We are not responsible for the independent policies or practices of these third parties.

SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our service and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Lines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

SECTION 10 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiny Lines from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (specifically including claims regarding copyright infringement of uploaded photos).

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
