Return & Refund Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We send you a personalized design preview by email within 24 hours of your order — before anything goes to print.

If you're not satisfied with your preview design for any reason, contact us at hello@tinylines.co and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Once you approve your preview and confirm you're happy to proceed, we begin production. After approval, our standard policy below applies.

Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Each item is created specifically for your order based on the information and photo you provide.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@tinylines.co.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items created based on customer-provided photos or details
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on personalized items. If a replacement is approved due to a production issue or damage, we will handle it at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before the design process begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@tinylines.co. Cancellations requested before your preview is sent are eligible for a full refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, please note that EU consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to personalized or custom-made products, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
