This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on tinylines.co. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing & Production Time

All products sold by Tiny Lines are custom-made and personalized. Once your order is placed, it enters our design and production process.

  • Design & personalization: 1–2 business days
  • Printing & fulfillment: 3–6 business days

Total processing time before shipment is typically 3–7 business days.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time

Orders are printed and shipped primarily from facilities located within the USA through our fulfillment partners (such as Gelato).

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Free U.S. shipping may be offered on qualifying orders and will be clearly displayed at checkout or on the product page.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For U.S. orders, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

Shipping Delays

Tiny Lines is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Tiny Lines is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tinylines.co with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
